1. Postage

   1.All items will be shipped within 2 days of receiving payment, usually on the same day.    In the unlikely event that this is not the case you will be notified of any delay.

   2.Free postage is within the UK only. We are happy to ship worldwide so if you are
      outside the UK please email us before placing an order for full postage costs.

   3.Postage costs vary depending on the item and include basic insurance.

2. Payment

   1.Orders are not considered final until payment has been received.

   2.To ensure 100% security all payments are made through Paypal. Paypal accepts all
      major credit cards without the need to create an account.

3. Privacy

   1.We will never pass your details on to a 3rd party.

   1.You can remove yourself from our mailing list at any time by emailing us.

4. Returns Policy

   1.If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know by email
      within 7 days of receiving your item.

   2.You will be provided with a return address, and must return any unwanted item
      unworn, undamaged, and with its original packaging within 14 days.

   3.Refunds will be made once the item is received in a satisfactory condition.

   5.This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Property and Copy rights

   1.All photographs and content on this site are the property of Ruthie McCall and may
      not be copied for any purpose without the express permission of the owner.

6. Links

   1.We accept no responsibility for the content of external sites, but if you discover
      inappropriate content or broken links please do let us know.

7. Condition of Items

   1.Please note that all items on the site are vintage and therefore have usually been worn before. As a result some items may show signs of wear, especially older and more delicate items. The condition of each item will be described as accurately as possible according to the following grading:

   •Immaculate: item has never been worn, may still be in original packaging.

   •Excellent: item shows none to light signs of wear.

   •Good: item shows signs of wear but has no sign of damage or repairs.

   •Acceptable: item shows signs of damage or repair. We will only offer such items for
   sale if they are particularly desirable, for example if they are pre-1959 or have
   collectable value.
